Q1: Hello, I have some questions about this product. 1. How high temperature this bottle can stand? 2. if full of water, can the bottle keep no damage after it falling down from desk. (About 100cm hight.) I mean, is it strong enough to avoid damage during normal using? 3. Can this bottle be cooked by microwave oven? Thank you very much. Best Regards.
A: This lexan bottle is not recommended for dishwasher and/or microwave use. The reason is that there can be alkaline found in dish detergents and acidic foods. Alkalines (as well as cooking oils) can break down the PC in the plastic. This breakdown process will greatly reduce the life of the bottle. If you have plain water in your bottle the bottle can withstand 212 degrees (F).
