The mixer has a stainless steel mixing bowl with a 4 1/2-quart capacity. No need to rotate the bowl because the unique mixing action ensures full bowl coverage. This unique planetary mixing action - where the beater moves clockwise and the shaft moves counter clockwise- ensures thorough and fast mixing of ingredients. Thanks to the tilt-head design, access to the beater and bowl are easy. Other highlights include a flat beater, C dough hook for kneading, and wire whip.
