Set the cook temperature in one-degree increments, and easily change the cooking mode based on your recipe. Program mode allows you to set a cook time between 30 minutes and 14 hours, automatically adjusting to Keep-Warm mode when the time has elapsed to prevent overcooking. Manual mode lets you select from High, Low, and Keep-Warm temperature settings. Probe mode allows you to select an internal food temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, then carefully monitors the heat and switches to Keep Warm to prevent overcooking after the desired internal temperature has been reached. If power is lost, the Power Interrupt feature will remember your programmed settings for up to seven seconds of power loss, eliminating the possibility of food spoilage in the event of a minor power loss.
