Sleek, stylish and practical, the Capresso CoffeeTEAM S is the only combination coffee machine with a conical burr grinder. Just pour in the beans, program the time and the amount of coffee to be ground, and the CoffeeTEAM S does the rest! Only the CoffeeTEAM S lets you program the amount of coffee you want to grind: choose from two, four, six, eight, or 10 cups and select mild, regular, or strong. You can even program two completely different settings - one each for manual and automatic operation - so you'll always enjoy exactly the same coffee taste.
Bright LED Display: Program the convenient digital clock, and you'll have coffee ready when you wake up every morning. The high-visibility LED display displays the time with an AM/PM indicator. The safety shut-off feature will heat your coffee for two hours after brewing - after that, the heating element will shut off, conserving energy and giving you peace of mind. Even if the safety shut-off has been activated, the digital clock and all programmed settings will stay on. Four signal lights and nine soft-touch buttons complete the control panel.
10-Cup Brewing with Programmable Features: The CoffeeTEAM S can brew a full 10 cups of coffee, but also features a special setting to maintain aroma and flavor when brewing (two to four cups). You can get almost any strength of coffee from your CoffeeTEAM S. Easily adjust coffee volume, brew strength, and ground fineness with the soft-touch buttons and digital LED display. If you prefer an even stronger coffee, fill only seven or eight cups of water into the water tank. If you prefer a very mild coffee, set the grinder one or two levels below the amount of coffee you want to brew. The Stop-and-Serve setting lets you remove the carafe while brewing to serve a quick cup. The included permanent GoldTone Filter features a conical shape, ideal for extracting maximum flavor.
Conical Burr Grinder: Just like Capresso's state-of-the-art fully automatic coffee centers, the CoffeeTEAM S features a solid steel conical burr grinder. The slow grinding of the burrs imparts minimal heat, preserving the whole beans' flavor and aroma more than traditional blade grinding. Burr grinding also allows a finer, more uniform grind than blade grinders.
Complete with an easy-to-clean non-stick warming plate, the sleek black housing is accented with a glass carafe and white control panel, where you can find the high-visibility digital clock and programmable buttons. A charcoal water filter is included to remove up to 83% of chlorine and other impurities, leaving only the best possible taste.
