Last pan you will need to buy!! Yes, things do sometimes stick a bit but just let the pan sit with water or put it on the syove and warm stir a little and it is ready to clean Bar Keepers Friend works well. I have perchased 6 of these for gifts and personnal use. Fine item.. GR

THe couple of times we have used the Pan, it has worked as hoped. We are pleased by the size and it is not as heavy as feared, may still be too heavy for some. The additional handle helps a lot when there is a good amount of food cooking. Took way too long to ship. Was unaware that the Pan was backordered when purchased.
