Q1: can u tell how to clean bottm of any circulan pans
A: I contacted Circulon's product specialist's line; they suggested you use a baking soda and water paste if you have the hard anodized non-stick Circulon pans. You would use this on the bottom and sides of the pan. Let the mixture set for 30 minutes and wipe off with a nylon pad. This will diminish or fade the discoloration, but it probably will not remove it altogether. They stated that stains on this type of cookware are usually there to stay. If you have stainless steel Circulon pans, then they suggest you use Bon Ami or Bar Keeper's Friend. These are stainless steel cleaners that can be found in your local Wal-Mart or Target stores.
Q2: Can you put this saucepan in the oven...or will the handle melt?
A: This is what Circulon has to say regarding their Phenolic handles from their Circulon 2 cookware line: Phenolic (heat-resistant plastic) Handles Ergonomic, slip-free and cool for a confident grip. Oven safe to 350ᄚF.
