The heavy-gauge aluminum core of the pans is covered in red, hard-base porcelain for even heat distribution and durability, and they are oven-safe up to 400 degrees. The CoolGrip handles are made from 18/10 stainless steel covered in soft, red silicone rubber. And the three-coat non-stick surface includes a patented hard-base ceramic primer that hardens the inside of the pan to ensure exceptional food release, even heating, and durability.
