The Fagor Duo 2-in-1 Combi-Pressure Cooker Deluxe 5-Piece Set includes four- and eight-quart pots (one deep and one shallow), a pressure cooker lid that fits both pots, a tempered-glass lid that fits both pots, a steamer basket with trivet, and a recipe book. It offers features such as a visual pressure indicator, an automatic pressure release (which allows you to release pressure without running the device under cold water), and a triple-lock safety system that keeps the lid closed to prevent burns.

The pots are constructed of durable 18/10 stainless steel with impact-bonded thermo heat conductive bases, which places aluminum between two layers of stainless steel for even heat distribution. Just seal the food and liquids with the pressure cooker lid, then place the pressure cooker on a stove burner. This pressure cooker works on all heat sources and provides a high-pressure setting (15 PSI, 250 degrees), a low-pressure setting (5 PSI, 225 degrees) and a gourmet steam-only setting. This method preserves the food's inherent vitamins and minerals while keeping it juicy and delicious.

A fully integrated stainless steel pressure-control valve has a color indicator that monitors pre-selected cooking pressure. Easy and uncomplicated operation provides maximum convenience and safety.
