Q1: Is Nordic Ware coated with a non stick surface? I am looking for high quality bakeware without non stick coatings. I located your cast iron bakeware, do you have other bakeward without nonstick coatings besides that? Thank you Suzanne
A: There are a few lines out there that offer great bakeware without the non-stick coatings. The key word to look for is Commercial. NordicWare has a commercial line as does Chicago Metallic, and the Doughmaker's line is all commercial grade. I use Doughmakers myself, and I love it.
