Q1: I was unable to get the jello out of the mold and ended up scooping it out with a spoon. Not attractive. Any hints or tips? Thanks
A: Here is what Silicone Zone USA recommends: Spray with Pam or another vegetable spray or similar product, or, my preference is to place in a warm water bath (do not submerge), for a minute or so and then flip over to remove.
